LAHORE: A full bench of the Lahore High Court (LHC) Tuesday gave last chance to three lawyers –Ehtesham Ameeruddin, Mehar Ahsan and Inam – to submit their replies on a complaint against them for allegedly manhandling an additional district and sessions judge.
Barrister Ehtesham Ameeruddin, Mehar Ahsan and Inam are facing the charges of damaging the decorum of a court and allegedly manhandling a district and sessions judge during hearing of a case.
Islampura police had lodged a case against these lawyers under terrorism and other criminal charges for allegedly misbehaving with an additional district and sessions judge in open court and ransacking his chamber allegedly for not getting a ‘favourable’ decision in a case.
The case was registered on the complaint of victim Irfan Anjum.
